How to Get a Library Card
A Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) card gives you access to books, DVDs, CDs, board games, videogames, ebooks, online databases, and online educational resources.
A library card is free if you live in Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, or Hood River county in Oregon, or if you live in Clark, Klickitat, or Skamania county in Washington.
To receive a card, you will need to bring proof of identification and proof of address into the library.
There are a few different ways to start the application process. You can:
- download and print an application form (solicitud de tarjeta en Espanol)
- or come into the library to fill out an application form in person.
Children can apply for library cards if they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian can show their own ID and proof of address in lieu of the child’s.
