Make a Game, Play a Game, Take a Game!
Drop in Saturday, November 15 between 12:30pm to 2:30pm for Make & Play, a fun game design workshop for all ages.
Participants will be given a brief introduction to game design and a handful of game pieces and then encouraged to create an original game from scratch. Once you have finished, you can share and teach your games, and whatever game components were used to create the game will be yours to keep. Everyone will be able to take home an original game of their own making!
The library will also have tables reserved for board game playing all day as part of International Games Day. Choose a title from our large lending library of board games or bring your own.
Light refreshments will be provided, and door prizes of games will be awarded throughout the day!
