Tax Information
The library is a good place to find tax filing information and forms. Library employees do not provide tax filing assistance, but we can help you download and print forms and can direct you to organizations that provide assistance.
Paper forms in the library:
The library tries to keep a constant supply of paper forms during tax season, but we cannot guarantee that all paper forms will always be in stock.
- Federal: IRS 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ forms (Notice: The federal government printed no instruction booklets for this tax season.)
- State: none (Oregon Department of Revenue does not distribute paper forms in bulk to libraries.)
Photocopy forms in the library:
Photocopies cost 10¢ per page.
- Federal: all standard IRS forms
- State: Oregon State Form 40 and Form 40-EXT
Printing in the library:
You can use library computers to print federal and state tax forms and publications for 10¢ per page.

E-filing:
You can use library computers to access most e-filing websites. Staff will grant you extra time to file if there are no other users waiting. The library does not provide tax preparation software like TurboTax.

Tax preparation assistance is not available at West Slope Library. Use the resources below to find local tax preparation services.
