Join us on the library’s north lawn to watch the 2017 solar eclipse! We will have 15 pairs of eclipse viewing glasses to share. Moon Pies and sun tea will be provided. The eclipse begins at 9:06am (before the library opens) and ends at 11:41am. Near totality begins at 10:19am and last two minutes. Viewing any part of an eclipse is dangerous, so eclipse-viewing glasses are required. You can borrow a pair from the library or bring your own.
